Affordable Accommodation in Cebu

I thought it would be a good idea to put together a list of places to Stay in Cebu that is not too far from the International Airport. So I will list places in Lapu-Lapu, Mactan and Cebu City. The places here would be for the purpose of finding temporary accommodation before flying out of Cebu or upon arrival.
